This is actually the exact logic I used years later to convince my mom that video game music was actually worth listening to. I then introduced her to the Chrono Cross soundtrack, and she was amazed that a video game could have such beautiful music.
I always wonder if 200 years from now, people will have “Classical Collections” with Zelda and Final Fantasy pieces. That would be pretty amazing.
